Community Service Event

Our 1st Holy Communion and Confirmation classes will conduct a community service event for Operation Christmas Child again this year in November.  Operation Christmas Child is an organized event sponsored by the Samaritan’s Purse organization that ministers to more than 209 million children in over 170 countries and territories.  What a wonderful way to spread Jesus’ Good News throughout the world by charitable giving to those in need!

We will collect small, quality gifts for children ages 2-14 that will fit in a shoebox sized 12 x 7 x 4 3/8 inches.  A plastic bin with a sign listing suggested gift items will be posted in the church foyer until NOVEMBER 15.  Drop-off of all items will occur the third week in November.  THANK YOU in advance for your continued generosity and support!
