The Stations of the Cross is a devotion that remembers the final journey of Jesus Christ from his condemnation to his burial. Traditionally consisting of fourteen stations, each one represents a moment during Jesus’ suffering and death, beginning with his sentencing by Pontius Pilate and ending with his placement in the tomb. We walk and pray through each of these stations which displays a carved scene and we meditate on Christ’s sacrifice, human suffering, forgiveness, and love.

This devotion is practiced during the season of Lent, on Fridays and on Good Friday, us spiritually accompany Jesus on his path to Calvary. Through prayers, reflections, and moments of silence at each station, we are invited to reflect on their own lives, grow in compassion, and deepen our faith by remembering the meaning of Christ’s suffering and redemption.
