Second Sunday of Advent – Prepare the Way

On this second Sunday, we hear the strong and encouraging voice of John the Baptist: “Prepare the way of the Lord.” Advent calls us to examine our hearts. Mend what is broken, and seek reconciliation where it is needed. Let us make room for Christ by choosing mercy, patience, and generosity in our relationships.
