Catholic Relief Services reminds us to pray for those who do not have access to nutritious food as World Food Day approaches on October 16. World Food Day is celebrated internationally, bringing attention to more than 820 million people who suffer from hunger. The goal is simple: ensuring there is enough nutritious food for everyone everywhere. Unfortunately, the solution is incredibly complicated, especially with factors such as global migration and climate change impacting hunger and food availability. Commit to remembering in prayer our brothers and sisters who go hungry and are denied having their basic needs met.
