The church vegetable garden will be starting its 10th growing season soon, and helping at the garden is open to anyone. No garden experience is necessary, just enthusiasm to help others. We will begin in a few weeks. We meet on Mondays at 5pm. Although the garden is small, we have grown and donated over 2,500 lbs. of fresh produce for the Marlborough Food Bank since our beginning in 2014. We could use help with weekly watering and the growing of the produce. Please reach out to Peg Filloramo at
As you start to plan your spring vacations, please know that the Confirmation community continues to collect hotel size personal care items. We use these items to make personal care bags for shelter clients. All items can be left in bags on the tables by the entrances to the church. Many thanks for your continued support.
The Christian Outreach Committee recently hosted a representative from A Journey Home to help us understand how, as a parish, we can provide support to previously homeless clients as they transition into their own homes. Stay tuned for a fact sheet that we will share to help educate us and describe the various ways we can all be involved. In the meantime, as you do a bit of spring cleaning, please set aside those gently used household items like kitchenware, sheets, towels and even furniture! We will be holding a collection drive at church, and you can also contact A Journey Home directly at 860-808-0336 to schedule a pickup of larger items.
Remembering or celebrating our loved ones through the dedication of a Mass is a beautiful tradition of our Catholic faith. If you would like to schedule a Mass, please contact the church office. Beautiful prayerful cards with messages of hope, condolence, encouragement or celebration are available.
