Do you know what a syllogism is?
A formula represents it: A=B, B=C, therefore A=C!
Let us apply it to today’s Gospel.
Blindness is a physical ailment, physical ailments are a result of sin, blindness therefore is a result of sin!

Father Sas will once again host a Small Christian Community scripture reflection group on Tuesdays from 9-10 am during Lent.
Give yourself the gift of spending time with sacred scripture as we discuss, reflect and pray on the Gospel readings.
We will continue to use the Quest publication as our guide on this journey. If you have never studied scripture, come explore the Holy Word.
If you have taken years of theology classes, come and discover something new.
Our Lenten Collection for the upcoming week of 3/26-4/2 is
Please place items in the baskets that are located at both doors.
Join Holy Family’s retreat team for a weekend of peace and reflection in an exploration of simplicity. In an age of stress, distraction and technology, we sometimes overlook the simple and transformative message at the heart of Jesus’ teaching. Discover how simplicity can shine a light on what is really essential and important in our lives. We’ll explore what it means to live a simple life so that we can discover true freedom and joy. Be renewed and inspired by the paradox of simplicity and the gift of faith.
Enjoy dynamic conferences, home-cooked meals, inspirational liturgies, uplifting music, free time to rest and walk the labyrinth, workshops, and healing arts therapies (additional cost).
The retreat begins with a buffet dinner from 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Friday evening and concludes with Sunday brunch at noon.
The students did a fantastic job, worked so hard and the overwhelming attendance at the event from parishioners and families made it a huge success!
